Desian Education are supporting a GOOD Wirral based Primary school who are seeking a passionate KS2 teacher to cover a long term role. This position will be starting in April 2025 and will be for 12 months (Until Easter 2026). The successful candidate will need to have a strong commitment to academic excellence and a nurturing approach to pupil well-being. You will be supported by a strong and hands on SLT and an experienced team of teachers and support staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the progress of all pupils to ensure they achieve their full potential.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and enriched curriculum.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support learning and development.
