In this essential role, you will support day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well-organised office environment. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update student records using SIMS (School Information Management System).
  • Process and track financial transactions using FMS (Financial Management System).
  • Assist with the school's budget planning and financial reporting.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails.
  • Support staff and students with general office inquiries.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate communications between staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • Process school admissions and student enrolment data.
  • Manage attendance records and report on student absence.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience with SIMS and FMS in a school setting.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication skills and managing multiple tasks.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Experience working within the educational sector is preferred.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
