Duties for role
- Assist the Team Leader in ensuring optimal configuration of systems to provide high-quality service to users.
- Undertake configuration, management, and maintenance of hardware and software components of network and infrastructure.
- Provide technical expertise for the organization's Windows desktop environment, with a focus on Intune.
- Act as lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects and development in the Windows desktop environment.
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for technical issues within the Specialist Communications and End User Services team.
- Collaborate with the device refresh project manager, Project Team, EUC team, Service Desk, and other stakeholders.
