Our client, based in the Wirral, are currently recruiting for a Plasterer on a permanent basis.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary for the role is £35,604.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within Social Housing, undertaking reactive maintenance, using a PDA system and be willing to travel across the Wirral to carry out works.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carry out plastering works within domestic properties, such as skimming, dotting and dabbing, rendering, pointing
- Provide tenants with updates on ongoing works
- Work on large scale plastering for kitchen and bathrooms
- Utilise a PDA to record and plan works as required
- Ensure van is fully stocked at all times
Experience required:
- Experience required in Social Housing
- Experience working with customers within housing

Working hours:
- 38 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-4:15pm / 3:30pm finish on a Friday
