Starting asap, this is a part-time teaching role working Monday - Wednesday until the end of the academic year. Your new roleThis F2 class teaching job involves working Monday - Wednesday in the Reception class of a Wirral-based primary school. Wednesday afternoon is designated for PPA time which will be shared with the teacher who covers Thursday and Friday to ensure that planning is consistent across the whole week.You will work alongside a TA to deliver lessons based on the EYFS curriculum, as well as supporting the children with their transition into Key Stage 1.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this Reception Teaching role you will need:

  • QTS
  • Experience of working with primary school children at least within the last 2 years that can be referenced
  • Knowledge of working with the EYFS curriculum
  • Be comfortable working as part of a job share team, and share planning and assessment throughout the week as required
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
