Primary Teacher

Wirral

Pay: £110.00-£160.00 per day

We are looking for a Primary Teacher in The Wirral for a long-term position beginning in September and ending at the end of the academic year. This Primary Teacher position requires 5 full days of work every week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. Whether you are new to teaching or an experienced teacher, this Primary Teacher role may be ideal you because the school has said that they could assist with your ECT induction. This position is intended to be permanent by the end of the school year in 2025.

Non-negotiables:

  • The ability to deliver the National Curriculum across KS1 as this Primary Teacher post is for a year 1 class
  • To develop positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
  • Strong behaviour management.
  • Provide a safe environment for the pupils, enabling growth in social and learning development

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Teaching the children in class, ensuring they complete their work
  • Guiding students through the curriculum, marking working, setting home working tasks
  • Managing behaviour
  • Upholding school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
