Your new roleWe are looking for flexible and dedicated primary school teachers to join our team of professional and reliable educators. You will be working in various schools across the Wirral, covering classes from EYFS to Year 6, including PPA cover, intervention and booster based work. Work available will include daily and short-term cover assignments, as well as longer term positions, and may be full or part time depending on your availability. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and the school's expectations, and may be required to plan and assess work depending on the role. You will also be expected to follow the school's policies and safeguarding procedures, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.

What you'll need to succeedTo be eligible for Wirral primary supply teaching work in 2025 you must have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
  • A valid DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
  • A minimum of 6 months of UK teaching experience in the last 2 years
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
  • A strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Reliability, dedication and professionalism at all times
