Randstad Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Birkenhead, Wirral, to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Assist in planning and organizing creative learning experiences.
- Maintain appropriate classroom ratios to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for children to develop.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff.
- Monitor and report on student progress to support ongoing development.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Competitive Pay - £95 per day.
- Referral Bonus - Earn £300 for recommending a friend (terms apply).
