An exciting opportunity is available for a production supervisor in Birkenhead CH41 with a long-term temp to perm contract and immediate start.
The position offers a salary of £16 per hour PAYE or £18.05 per hour UMB, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 3 PM finish on Fridays.
Candidates should have previous experience in a production supervisory role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities include supervising production activities, monitoring staff performance, conducting inspections, and training new employees.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Train new employees on production procedures, food safety practices, and equipment operation.
