Client Details

My client is seeking a Junior Buyer to join them in their Bromborough office. They have been trading for over 10 years and work with some of the biggest brands of their industry. They offer a number of different services which include product ,creative among others.

Description

Liaising with clients to take project briefs and understand requirements.

  • Presenting project plans back to clients and upselling where relevant.
  • Making product recommendations to clients that meet their brief.
  • Ensuring client retention through successful delivery on projects.
  • Understanding customer requirements and undertaking research into specified products and alternative product sourcing.
  • Identifying resources required and ensuring responsibilities are understood.
  • Critical path management and managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
  • Project costing, benchmarking, and cost analysis.
  • Maintaining efficient and timely contact with clients.
  • Liaising with suppliers and other third parties.
  • Liaising with internal departments (creative, production, accounts, operations and logistics).
  • Ensuring project feedback and status reports to all parties.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time and to brief.
  • Uploading all project information onto company portal.
  • Creating quotes, raising POs and invoices.
  • Issuing standard trading agreements.

Profile

Good communication and interpersonal skills with contacts at all levels.

Ability to understand brief and requirement and respond swiftly.

Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload and tasks.

Attention to detail.

Adherence to deadlines and delivery milestones.

Ability to negotiate confidently and assertively.

Drivers License and access to a vehicle

Job Offer

Salary: Up to £34,000 DOE

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Hybrid Working, Office working 3 days, work from home 2 days

Free Parking

25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
