- Taking instructions from clients and managing expectations throughout the transaction process
- Preparing and drafting documents, including contracts, letters, and completion statements
- Reviewing mortgage offers, leases, and searches, providing timely advice to clients
- Undertaking due diligence investigations, ensuring compliance with AML and source of funds/wealth requirements
- Overseeing the full transaction process, ensuring completion deadlines are met
- Managing time effectively, accurately recording time spent on matters, and meeting financial and time recording targets
- Attending networking events, contributing to business development initiatives, and assisting with marketing efforts, such as writing blogs or articles
- Participating in team development and training activities
- Salary: Up to £45,000, depending on experience and PQE
- Annual leave: Starting at 25 days for those with 5+ years’ PQE, in addition to bank holidays and an extra 3 days between Christmas and New Year
