Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Home based - local to Wirral
Salary: Up to £30k basic plus excellent bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm (with flexibility for occasional evening calls when required). Also open to part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a top-quality experience for both clients and candidates.
- Be open to bringing in new business via networking, building a presence online and proactive business development
- Work on a diverse range of roles across the UK, from junior to director level, in sectors such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present top talent to clients.
- Administration - using the CRM to advertise roles, securely update and store candidate and client information
- Support candidates with their interviews with tips and guidance
- Support clients with their recruitment processes by offering honest and reliable advice
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes continuously, celebrate successes, and maintain a positive, fun, and hard-working culture.

- Strong communication skills to liaise with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
- Ability to juggle multiple vacancies while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach with a positive attitude and willingness to learn from others.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment where two days are never the same!
