Description
- Preparation and review of financial statements.
- Management of client portfolios including building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Providing tax advice and processing tax returns.
- Completing VAT returns and management accounts for clients.
- Assisting junior team members and contributing to their professional development.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services to offer clients.
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver a comprehensive service to clients.
Profile
A successful Accounts Senior should have:
- A relevant accounting qualification. Working towards ACA/ACCA/AAT completion.
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm.
- Proficiency in accounting software packages.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
