Accounts Assistant / £25,000 - £27,000 / Bebington / Hybrid / Permanent
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in Bebington who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team
Package:
- Salary £25,000 - £27,000
- 27 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Full-time, Permanent
- Hybrid working pattern (2/3 days from home)
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (Flexible working hours available)
Location: Bebington
Job Duties:
- Creating and posting sales invoices, purchase invoices & credit notes
- Processing employee expenses
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Process weekly supplier payment runs
- Collection of debt on outstanding invoices
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Knowledge/experience working within an Accounts Payable role is essential
- Knowledge of sage desirable
- Ambitious and self-motivated personality
- Excellent communication and time management skills
