We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Design and Technology (DT) Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Wallasey, starting from the 22nd April 2025, after the Easter holidays. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and inspiring Design and Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Planning, preparing, and assessing students' work in line with the school's curriculum.

  • Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of teaching Design and Technology at secondary school level.
  • Passion for inspiring students and fostering their development in the subject.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic school environment.
