Tradewind are recruiting for an English Teacher for a position due to start in January 2025 at one of our Wirral client secondary schools.
The outline for the English Teacher position based on the Wirral is below:
- Teacher of English (KS3 and KS4)
- Wirral secondary school
- Part-time 0.4 position (Wednesday and Monday or Tuesday)
- Continuing until May 2025.
- Pay is up to MPS6, £223.62 per day
The appointed English Teacher will be joining a department that strives to empower all students to develop their literacy and oracy skills to be the best students of English they can be. To be considered for this English Teacher position based on the Wirral the essentials are:
- Experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4, following the UK national curriculum
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
- Have a child workforce enhanced DBS on the update service, or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
