Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client secondary schools on the Wirral who are seeking a Female PE Teacher for a long-term sickness cover. This position is to start ASAP and will is required on a full-time basis, teaching across KS3 and KS4. Pay for this position, depending on experience, will be up to £223.62 per day.

The successful Female PE Teacher will be joining a school whose vision is to be one of the best schools in the country, renowned for its academic and teaching excellence and outstanding student support.

At our client secondary school, the aim of the Physical Education department is to develop the student through physical, social and psychological well-being. Skills and attributes will be taught through activities which students will adopt and take with them through their progressive stages of their life to ensure they become a well rounded individual and embrace a healthy active lifestyle.

To be considered for this PE Teacher position based on the Wirral the essentials are:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Physical Education across KS3 and KS4
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Full enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
