Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client secondary schools on the Wirral who are seeking a Maths Teacher to cover a long-term position due to start ASAP. This position is a full-time long-term placement, covering a post until July 2025.
The successful Maths Teacher will be joining a Wirral based school whose vision is to succeed together, by working together as one team. Our client schools mission is to develop individual excellence, embrace opportunities and build communities with the Gospel values at heart. The successful Maths Teacher will be joining a department whose vision is to create the next generation of students who use Maths to become creative problem solvers, critical thinkers, curious learners and Mathematically reasoners.
Pay for this position is up to £223.62 per day, depending on experience.
To be considered for this Maths Teacher position based on the Wirral the essentials are:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
- Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Full enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
