Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for dedicated Maths Tutors to work with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing tailored, one-to-one support in their homes.
About the Role
As a Maths Tutor, you will:
- Deliver engaging and personalised Maths lessons for students at KS2, KS3, and GCSE levels.
- Adapt teaching methods to support learners with SEMH challenges, helping them build confidence and achieve academic success.
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment to inspire and motivate students.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to meet individual needs.
What We're Looking For
- A strong background in Maths tutoring or teaching (QTS is desirable but not essential).
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs or other additional learning requirements.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Availability to work across the Wirral
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
