Tradewind Recruitment are seeking Performing Arts Graduates who are looking to gain classroom based experience to support a successful secondary school in Hoylake on an adhoc basis.

Location: Hoylake, Wirral

Start Date: ASAP

Term: Full Time/Part Time Long Term or day to day

Pay: £100-£110 per day

More information: We are seeking aspiring Performing Arts graduates to support a local Wirral secondary school as a Cover Supervisor from September 2024 on a flexible basis. The role will be covering class teachers across the school in a variety of subjects from Drama, English to Maths & Science

The role of a Cover Supervisor will be ensure that the lessons set by the absent teacher are completed to the best of each students ability and that students are engaged with the work set. You will complete a register to start and make any notes on the schools management system throughout the lesson.

You will have a daily responsibility to cover different members of staff and work closely with senior leadership within the school.

To be considered for this role, we will need -

  • Ideally experience working with secondary aged children either in a paid or a voluntary capacity
  • From a performing arts background
  • Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
  • A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
  • A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
