We are seeking Support Workers to provide care for adults with complex needs. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day life of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide personalised care and support to adults with complex care needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks.
  • Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
  • Monitor the health and well-being of clients and report any concerns.
  • Encourage and assist clients in achieving their personal goals and maintaining their independence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a support worker role for adults with complex care needs.
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with complex conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
  • Ability to work flexibly to accommodate the needs of the clients.
  • Commitment to respecting the dignity and rights of clients at all times.
