Your new companyWe are recruiting a housing support and resettlement worker to work for a social housing provider based in Wirral supporting homeless adults. Your new roleAs a housing support and resettlement worker, you would be accommodation based and your role will involve creating needs and risk assessments. You will work with customers to create support plans to achieve positive outcomes. You will support customers with budgeting, nutrition, health care, employment opportunities and life skills. Whilst working within safeguarding protocols. This role involves collaborating with external agencies and internal colleagues. What you'll need to succeedIdeally, you will hold a NVQ level 2/3 in social care, or equivalent, and you will have previously worked in a similar environment.
