We are working in partnership with a fantastic service provider in the Wirral area.They are looking to appoint multiple long-term Residential Child Support Worker staff to help support vulnerable children and young people with emotional and behavioural disorders, Autism, challenging behaviours, and mental health.These services play a vital role in helping to remove barriers for vulnerable children who have experienced trauma. They provide a wrap-around care service which strives to help children in their education and life skills which will see them into adulthood. Being aware of mental health and de-escalation behavioural methods is essential for this role.The Home is a 3-bed home, and you will be working with experienced staff members and outside care agencies to provide excellent levels of care.Your new companyThis well-established Wirral-based client aims to bring people together in an environment where they feel comfortable and where they feel safe to openly share knowledge, experiences, opinions, and ideas to improve their lives. This is a long-term position with the possibility of working full-time or part-time hours with the client looking to ideally take on permanent members of staff.
