We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, working with adults with learning disabilities on the Wirral. This role may involve personal care and supporting clients with their day-to-day activities to promote their independence and well-being.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide support to adults with learning disabilities in their daily routines.
  • Assist with personal care tasks when necessary.
  • Engage clients in activities that encourage independence and social interaction.
  • Support clients with community-based activities and appointments.
  • Work closely with family members and other care professionals to provide holistic support.
  • Monitor and report on the clients’ progress and any changes in their condition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be based in the Wirral area.
  • Previous experience in a support role for individuals with learning disabilities is essential.
