We have both full-time and part-time roles available starting in September.

About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere to encourage student growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • A caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for supporting children's education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of our students.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake necessary training.
