About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with students with a range of special educational needs.
Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Provide one-on-one and group support to help students achieve their full potential.
Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere to encourage student growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
A caring and patient nature with a genuine passion for supporting children's education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of our students.
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake necessary training.
