We have some excellent working relationships with over 65% of schools in the Wirral in areas such as Birkenhead, Bromborough, Heswall, Hoylake & Wallasey.Your new roleHays Education is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to provide one to one support for pupils who have special needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your job is to enhance and enrich the learning of the pupil in your care. What you'll need to succeed
- Have special needs experience & have recent experience of working with children in Educational settings (and be able to provide references for at least 6 months).
- SEN Experience- ADHD, Aspergers, Autism, learning difficulties
- Good knowledge and understanding of what it takes to work with pupils
- Be confident and patient
- Competent behaviour management skills
