Tradewind Recruitment are looking for Sports Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors in Wirral based secondary schools.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support the learning experience of secondary pupils. You will have the opportunity to put your sports skills to use and inspire children to be active and healthy.
As a Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a class of up to 30 students in the absence of the regular subject teacher, in addition to supporting Physical Education lessons, you must be prepared to cover lessons across the curriculum. A Cover Supervisor role could be ideal if you are considering progressing into a Secondary PGCE in Physical Education.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and have a keen interest in working with children. You will need to have a sports-related degree or qualification, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your teaching abilities.
