My client is currently seeking a committed and skilled School Administrator to join our team on a term-time only basis. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in upholding our high standards of administrative support. The Ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of SIMS as well as SISRA or be willing to learn thesesystem and have prior experience within an educational environment.

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional Administrative Skills:Strong ICT proficiency, meticulous attention to detail in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with SIMS from a school environment, as well as expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional Discretion:Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.
  • A Collaborative Attitude:Patience and a positive approach to working with students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage face-to-face and telephone enquiries from parents and external agencies.
  • Deal with SIMS and SISRA
  • Support teachers and the senior leadership team with data entry and reporting on pupil records.
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and managing post.
