Job Details:
- Role: Anatomical Pathology Technician
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Core hours)
- Additional: Opportunity to cover on-call service
- Start Date: 25th November 2024
- End Date: 28th February 2025
- Shift Coverage: 70 shifts
- Location: Whiston Hospital, Mortuary
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in the mortuary providing essential anatomical pathology services.
- Contributing to the processing and examination of tissue specimens.
- Ensuring high standards of clinical care, hygiene, and safety.
- Supporting the team with mortuary-related tasks.
- Opportunity to cover on-call service as required.
Requirements:
- Must be qualified as an Anatomical Pathology Technician or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work shifts and on-call if required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
