We are currently working with a well-established SME in Knowsley, offering a fantastic opportunity to join their skilled team. This role is a temporary to permanent position, with full training provided, making it an ideal chance for someone eager to grow in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate Press Brake Machines, ensuring precision and accuracy
- Perform regular quality checks on parts to ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality products
- Utilize measuring equipment to ensure parts are within required tolerances
- Follow internal lean manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating Press Brake Machines, particularly CNC models
- A solid understanding of engineering drawings and the ability to work from them
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience using measuring equipment for quality control
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
