They are recruiting for an Administrator to join their business, based in Knowsley.
Duties to include:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to project schedules, documentation, and resource allocation.
- Serve as a point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and processing of orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by maintaining up-to-date records of safety reports, inspections, and certifications.
- Manage the schedules of senior management, project managers, and site supervisors, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and written communication related to project activities and general company matters.
