Description
- Manage and maintain the sales ledger ensuring all revenues are accurately recorded.
- Review and post cash receipts to customer accounts.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve queries and secure payment.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
- Ensure compliance with credit control procedures.
- Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
