Client Details

Description

  • Manage and maintain the sales ledger ensuring all revenues are accurately recorded.
  • Review and post cash receipts to customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve queries and secure payment.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
  • Ensure compliance with credit control procedures.
  • Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
