Fixed term 6 Months Contract

Building Careers is collaborating with a Social Housing company in the Liverpool area, to hire a Customer Liaison Officer for a temporary position, starting immediately.

The Planned Works team is responsible for the delivery of planned maintenance and investment programmes across our business's homes in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teams and contractors in project planning and delivery, serving as the primary customer interface.

  • Coordinate post-handover feedback, take calls, and resolve inquiries per customer standards.

  • Provide consistent, high-quality service, guiding customers through the works program.

  • Aid day-to-day customer contact, facilitating communication for project smoothness.

  • Monitor on-site and home standards to ensure adherence to good practices.

  • Coordinate customer documentation, ensuring GDPR procedures.

  • Effectively liaise with customers on timing, choices, and scope of works, addressing specific needs.

  • Record and promptly respond to customer inquiries for excellent service.

  • Support other schedulers in organizing and scheduling work.

  • Actively participate in meetings, serving as the main point of contact.

  • Record and address complaints in line with company policies.

  • Organize tasks effectively, meeting targets and contributing to works programs.

  • Ensure systems for Gas Safety, Electrical testing, and Asbestos compliance.

  • Coordinate with Client Officers, utility companies, and staff or contractors for documentation.
