Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Level 3-qualified Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in an Early Years setting at a welcoming primary school in Prescot. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's learning and development while progressing in your education career.
Your Role:As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Early Years, you will:
- Provide tailored support to help a child engage and thrive in the classroom.
- Assist the teacher in delivering engaging and structured activities.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to monitor progress and implement strategies.
- Encourage social and emotional development through positive interactions.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Experience in a UK primary school setting (UK experience is essential).
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and SEN support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Competitive pay - £85-£90 per day (based on experience).
