Regional Manager / Area Manager for Mental Health - Supported Living / Mental Health Recovery Services. Cheshire, Merseyside, Wirral.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well regarded and highly successful care provider in an influential, senior management position as Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of supported living services for adults with mental health conditions.

You will be a commercially adept, experienced leader with excellent knowledge & experience of managing mental health services, in particular providing supported living.

You will oversee a team of talented Service Managers, who between them managesupported living properties ranging from single occupancy homes to larger apartment complexes.

This will be a challenging and busy role, and experience in the following areas would be highly beneficial:

- strong people leadership skills, being able to identify and develop effective management teams

- quality management, the ability to troubleshoot underperformance and drive turnaround projects

- commercial awareness, financial management skills, project management

- a good knowledge of regulations, standards, policy and procedure

- a passion for providing transformational care that allows people with complex mental health conditions and potentially learning disabilities to be empowered and live as independently as possible
