Finance ManagerLocation - Knowsley Salary - £based on experience

About the company:

A well-established and growing SME with a new opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the business in a broad role.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare Management accounts from Trial Balance, including P&L and BS
• Create and post journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation)
• Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts
• Update cashflow on a daily basis
• Prepare VAT Returns
• Fixed asset & lease register maintenance
• Oversee Credit Control
• Oversee supplier payments and expense payments
• Liaise with HR and payroll bureau with regards to reports and payments
• PO authorisation
• Reconcile all bank accounts

Skills/Qualifications required:

• Recognised accounting qualification a bonus, but not required
• Good excel skills (pivots, lookups)
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
