About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Food Production Area Leader to join our team in Knowsley. This role involves leading a small team in the heavy lifting area of our food production facility. Youll be working in a slightly cold environment, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a small team in a fast-paced environment
Ensure all production tasks are carried out to company standards
Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Previous experience in a food production environment (required)
Proven supervisory or team leader experience (required)
Strong work ethic with a hands-on and proactive approach
Comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting
Able to work in a slightly cold environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
