Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver podiatric care to high-risk patients in community settings

  • Conduct assessments and implement tailored treatment plans

  • Provide wound care, ulcer management, and preventative foot health education

  • Work autonomously across clinics and patient homes

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate records

Essential Criteria
  • HCPC-registered Podiatrist
