Role Overview:

Join our client's Responsive Repairs & Small Works team to oversee the operational management of responsive repairs, ensuring efficient, customer-focused service delivery while maintaining high standards and health & safety compliance. You will manage a team of operatives and resource schedulers, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to achieve key performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Allocate work and ensure operatives are utilized efficiently.
  • Conduct pre and post inspections and maintain accurate data.
  • Mentor and develop team members, including apprentices.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety and contractual obligations.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Contract Manager.


Person Specification:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in a trade
  • SMSTS
  • eam management, budget control, audits, and inspections
  • Strong communication, organizational, and health & safety knowledge
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, proactive in service improvement
