Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of a vibrant Primary School in Prescot, who are looking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide support in Key Stage 2.

The school is seeking a friendly and approachable individual who can connect with the children on their level, find common interests to encourage engagement, and demonstrate strong behaviour management skills to effectively handle challenging behaviour.

This role will be starting after the October half-term, on a long-term basis.

This school are Ofsted rated 'Good' school and they are renowned for being a warm and inclusive environment. The staff are a hard-working team, with high standards, who centre the children at the heart of everything they do. Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

  • A positive and creative approach to behaviour and confidence building
  • Experience working with Primary aged children
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
