The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximizing machine efficiencies. Working on a double day’s shift pattern and be responsible for strong / clear communication links between shifts and relevant departments. The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer in electrical engineering with a desire to learn new skills and qualifications. On a day to day basis, you will work on fast paced extrusion plastics machinery and be willing to engage in training on the job. You will also be responsible for general engineering work on pumps, conveyors, filters, and other manufacturing machinery.
