GXO are currently looking for an experienced International Export Handler to join us at our new Castore site in Knowsley, Liverpool. You will manage and coordinate outbound shipments via sea, air, and road, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all documentation. You'll also act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, resolving issues and maintaining high standards of customer service across global markets.

The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, although some flexibility may be required during peak times – this is logistics after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage documentation and compliance processes, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Communicate with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and provide shipment updates
  • Handle customer orders and logistics arrangements, maintaining high levels of service in global markets
  • Collaborate with the Inventory team to maintain accurate records and support seamless operations within the supply chain

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Proven experience in international export handling or a related field essential
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and logistics
  • Able to take ownership of processes and responsibility for managing multiple tasks to deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
