Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a renowned law firm based on Merseyside for a Receptionist/Legal Support Assistant for their Prescot offices. This role combines the position of receptionist with providing legal administrative support to their Family and Property Departments.

The role is ideal for either an experienced legal receptionist, or a young legal professional with customer service or reception experience wishing to gain employment and further their career prospects by developing their skills and knowledge in a legal atmosphere.

If the succesful candidate wishes to progress in their career, there would be the possibility to develop from this role into a Paralegal for one of the departments and then gain access to a Solicitor Training Contract if so wished.

The Role:This is an integral part of the business and this is often the first point of contact to both internal and external clients. Maintaining a professional and friendly manner is essential as this role involves dealing with people at all levels.Duties include:

• Providing full reception duties• Meeting and greeting clients• Answering the telephone• Typing as and when required for various staff• Dealing with enquiries• Administration support to Property and Family Departments as required• Dealing with post and DX• Filing, support, photocopying and typing• Any other ad hoc dutiesSkills Required:

• Excellent customer service skills, providing reception duties• High level of attention to detail• Organised and logical approach• Excellent verbal and written skills• Interpersonal skills with customer service orientation• Team player• Good IT skills, MS (Training on internal systems will be provided)Personal Attributes:
