Quality Assurance Assistant, Pharmaceutical (open to Science graduates)Location: Widnes, (this is an onsite role and duties cannot be performed from home). Job Purpose To support the organising of market release batch packs in accordance with company procedures in collaboration with fellow QA associates to enable on time market release by the Qualified Person to meet business objectives. Major Duties and Responsibilities • Support key Pillars of the QMS as and when required, e.g. Initiating DR's, CC's and CAPA's. • Support the QA team in matters of batch releases activities required by the licensed Qualified Person. • Follow company procedures to ensure QA documentation is correctly archived, traceable, and retrievable. • Assist in Quality related Investigations, Market Complaints, and support updates of SOP's, when necessary. • Support the business in site KPI's, product quality and HSE standards to help meet targeted levels. • Ensure that your training record file is kept up to date at all times with a target of 95% training compliance. The Person• Recent Science graduates will be considered for this role with some experience in retail or similar part time roles. • We will also consider candidates with experience in warehouse / distribution settings who have done things like SOP write ups and have strong written and verbal English skills, coupled with strong IT skills (must be Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook/Teams literate). • Most importantly we want positive individuals for this role with a can do attitude, as outlined full training will be provided. • We are ideally looking for people from customer facing roles or people who have worked as part of a team and used to communicating information.• We want people with strong attention to detail, who will work off instructions and follow the company guidelines (and QMS).
