This is an exciting opportunity to lead procurement projects and support Members in delivering value-driven solutions within a socially conscious and forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will:

  • Provide expert advice and consultancy to Members within Fusion21's procurement service offering.

  • Lead on procurement call-offs from a range of frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

  • Manage routine, low-risk projects independently while supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value projects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Members, understanding their needs and providing tailored procurement solutions.

  • Collaborate with Suppliers to develop and deliver procurement projects effectively.

  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to Public Contract Regulations and internal policies.

  • Maintain accurate procurement data and IT systems to support operational efficiency.

  • Embed social value principles within procurement processes, ensuring realistic and impactful outcomes for Members.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Working towards or willingness to obtain CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply.

  • Experience using electronic procurement portals and managing competitive tenders.

  • A strong understanding of public sector procurement and relevant regulations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects effectively, delivering high-quality outcomes within set timescales.

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and service delivery.

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in a relevant built environment discipline (e.g., HNC/HND in Construction, RICS Certificate in Construction Project Management).

  • Experience using Delta e-Sourcing, CRM systems, or online applications such as DocuSign and Constructionline.

  • Knowledge of supplier relationship management and contract performance monitoring.
