Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and statements
  • Resolve supplier and invoice queries efficiently
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Place Purchase Orders and manage order confirmations
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records
  • Coordinate payment plans for suppliers
  • Provide administrative support to both the finance and procurement teams
