Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and statements
- Resolve supplier and invoice queries efficiently
- Support month-end closing activities
- Place Purchase Orders and manage order confirmations
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records
- Coordinate payment plans for suppliers
- Provide administrative support to both the finance and procurement teams
- Study support/course development to aid in career progression
