Job title – Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid based role – West Cheshire based office – Travel required to projects

The client - A reputable interior fit out contractor, with a steady trading history of over 30 years and a solid forward order book. Due to continuous growth they are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their Commercial Team in west cheshire.

Projects - Fast track fit out projects Bank roll outs / refurbishments, office strip outs and refurbishments

Candidate Specification
Fast track fit out background ideally bank roll outs
Experience working on high volume low value projects ideally banking refurbishments.
Degree in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying/Engineering Discipline or something equivalent
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Demonstrable experience of working within a multi-disciplinary environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Practical and logical qualities and a methodical way of thinking
A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
An ability to create an efficient cost and contract administration procedures
Effective time management skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills

Salary and package
Quantity Surveyor level £24,000 - £35,000
Company car allowance
Pension with contributions
Home based / office based role with site visits (UK Wide) once a fortnight
Travel expenses
Health care
