- Experience in cost control, estimating, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Use of Excel and Sage systems
- Relevant degree or certification in finance or related field
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
