We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor for one of our clients in Knowsley area.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead and coordinate a team of workers in a fast-paced production environment.
2.Ensure the smooth operation of production processes and product quality.
3.Collaborate with the production team to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
1.Significant experience in a production environment
2.Strong leadership and team-working skills.
3.Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

40hr per week on a rotational shift pattern: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00 (4 days on, 2 days off).
