The Role

We are looking for aCompliance Managerwith experience in a similar role to lead our compliance department. You will ensure our operations align with regulatory requirements, maintain industry accreditations, and support the business in adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accreditation renewals and liaise with auditors
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and regularly reviewed
  • Conduct internal audits to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement
  • Onboard and monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes (e.g., building regulations) and update procedures accordingly
  • Educate employees on compliance-related matters
  • Ensure GDPR compliance, including handling Subject Access Requests (SARs)
